DANS TOUS LES CAS SE CONFORMER STRICTEMENT A L'ORDONNANCE DE VOTRE MEDECIN.
A titre indicatif, chez l'enfant de plus de 30 mois, la posologie usuelle est de 80 mg/kg/jour, en trois prises.
La posologie doit être adaptée en cas d'insuffisance rénale.
Si vous avez l'impression que l'effet de AMOXICILLINE/ACIDE CLAVULANIQUE WINTHROP 100 mg/12,50 mg par ml ENFANTS, poudre pour suspension buvable en flacon (rapport amoxicilline/acide clavulanique: 8/1) est trop fort ou trop faible, consultez votre médecin ou votre pharmacien.
