La solution injectable est obtenue en mélangeant la poudre avec le solvant fourni. Elle est injectée par voie intraveineuse lente, en perfusion ou éventuellement par voie sous-cutanée.
Posologie usuelle :
Elle est variable selon les cas. A titre indicatif :
Adulte : 1 à 2 g par jour, en une injection quotidienne.
Enfant et nourrisson : 50 mg par kg et par jour en une injection.
