Posologie usuelle :
Adulte et enfant de plus de 8 ans : 1 à 2 sachets à 10 g par jour, en une prise, de préférence le matin.
Enfant de 4 à 8 ans : 2 à 4 sachets à 4 g par jour, en 2 prises (matin et soir).
Enfant de 1 et 4 ans : 1 sachet à 4 g par jour, en 1 prise le matin, ou 2 sachets à 4 g par jour, en 2 prises (matin et soir).
Enfant de 6 mois à 1 an : 1 sachet à 4 g par jour, le matin.
