Posologie
Enfant de plus de 3 mois : 5 à 10 mg/kg 3 à 4 fois par jour (max. 30 mg/kg par jour)
Enfant de 12 ans et plus et adulte : 200 à 400 mg 3 à 4 fois par jour (max. 1200 mg par jour)
En post-opératoire, l'administration doit être systématique, toutes les 8 heures et non à la demande.
